A bold architectural language, carried through a full community

Saiven Caesars Palace brought Roman-influenced detailing to a community of 46 row houses. Each approximately 2,650 sq. ft. home was planned with four bedrooms, two-car parking, a home theatre, a private garden and a terrace garden.
